Fritz Stahr, Ph.D.
Marine technology executive with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and a Ph.D. in Oceanography from the University of Washington, founder of the Seaglider Fabrication Center and key leader in growing ocean startup MRV, Marine Technology Society (MTS) fellow, and University of Washington affiliate professor.
Director of Program Management
Charmaine Suveges, B.Sc., PMP
Project manager with extensive project and program management experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing streamlined processes. Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Manufacturing Manager
Rob Pletscher, P.Eng.(non-practicing)
Professional engineer with over a decade of experience in manufacturing and design across the automotive, aerospace, and marine sectors, specializing in production optimization and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.
Marine Operations Lead
Madie Bouvier-Brown, M.Sc.
Operations lead with a background in marine biology and bioacoustics. Graduated from SFU with a Master of Ecological Restoration, where her Applied Research Project focused on the effects of increased ambient noise levels on Northern resident killer whales during beach rubbing.

Business Advisor
Shannon Bard, Ph.D.
Shannon is the co-Lead of the Climate Venture Studio at the University of British Columbia, working to accelerate the translation of climate solutions research to impact. Previously, Shannon was the global Director of Innovation for the environmental consultancy Hemmera and parent engineering firm Ausenco. Formerly, Shannon was a professor of Environmental Science at Dalhousie University, Director of the Marine Ecotoxicology Laboratory and co-winner of the Senate Environmental Award. She is a graduate of Stanford University (BS, Biological Sciences), Université de Nantes (DU, Marine Biochem & Biotechn), MIT and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (PhD, Biological Oceanography).

Strategic Advisor
Eric Siegel, MBA
Eric has worked at the intersection of ocean science, technical innovation, and international business for twenty years. He has held director and founder positions in global ocean technology companies leading teams in sales, marketing, business development, product development, and advanced manufacturing. Eric serves as Strategic Advisor for international ocean technology companies and Chief Innovation Officer and Executive in Residence within several ocean innovation and commercialization organizations. He was appointed to the UN Ocean Decade Technology & Innovation Informal Working Group and sits on the board of directors at Sustainable Oceans Applied Research and Sail Nova Scotia.

Scientific Advisor
Eddy Carmack, Ph.D.
Eddy Carmack received the Order of Canada for his exceptional work as an oceanographer and northern climate expert, along with numerous other awards including Massey medallist of the Royal Canadian Geographic Society and Tulley medalist for the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society. He is a Senior Research Scientist Emeritus at the Institute of Ocean Sciences in Sidney, BC who has published over 200 peer-reviewed scientific articles and participated in over 90 field investigations in rivers, lakes and seas spanning from the Antarctic to the Arctic.
