Underwater Listener™ adds a layer of acoustic intelligence, detecting and analyzing sounds beneath the water to aid in identifying vessels, marine mammals, and other sources. Enhanced Horizon
Enhanced Horizon™ is Open Ocean Robotics’ AI-driven computer vision, designed to reduce operator workload and improve surface awareness. It detects vessels, marine debris, and other objects in real time, overlaying them on the mission map so operators can monitor passively rather than constantly watching live camera feeds.
In low-bandwidth environments, Enhanced Horizon™ updates the map more frequently than camera streams are able and sends high-resolution snapshots to maintain visibility. The system also provides speed and course estimates for tracked objects. These features are especially valuable for identifying and assessing non-AIS targets.

When a new object is detected, Enhanced Horizon™ instantly generates alerts with object type, location, and tracking status. These alerts are delivered through XplorerView™, allowing operators to respond quickly and confidently.

Enhanced Horizon™ uses 360° optical and thermal imaging to detect vessels, marine debris, and other surface objects in real time. Its AI-driven computer vision continuously monitors the environment, increasing situational awareness and allowing operators peace of mind.

Underwater Listener
Underwater Listener™ is an AI-enabled acoustic monitoring system that detects and visualizes underwater sounds in real time. It captures acoustic activity from sources such as ship engines, marine mammals, and underwater machinery, streaming insights directly to XplorerView™.
Designed for both passive listening and mission-critical awareness, it helps operators monitor below-surface environments with minimal bandwidth. Real-time visualization and onboard recording make it easy to track activity as it happens or review it post-mission for deeper analysis.

DETECTION
Underwater Listener™ monitors and detects acoustic signals below the surface using an integrated hydrophone system. It aids operators and researchers to identify vessels, marine mammals, and other underwater sources in real time to support environmental and security-focused missions.
