Open Ocean Robotics DataXplorer™ USV demonstrated exceptional capabilities in conducting multibeam and side scan hydrographic surveys. This solar-powered, emission-free USV efficiently surveyed underwater areas to international standards and reached depths of up to 130 meters over 38 hours of operation on a single charge. With its real-time control and customizable sensor payload, DataXplorer provides a safer, more efficient, and cost-effective solution for collecting high-quality bathymetric data essential for offshore wind energy projects. This technology ensures accurate mapping of seabed conditions, enhancing the safety and planning of wind farm installations.
