IUU Fishing Enforcement

In partnership with WildAid, DataXplorer Protect completed a 25-day mission in Hawaii’s Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, operating nonstop in challenging open-ocean conditions. Equipped with cameras, AIS, and acoustic sensors, it detected vessels and fishing activity in real time, transmitting data back to enforcement teams to strengthen monitoring and support action against illegal fishing.
