About the event
Open Ocean Robotics is pleased to participate in the Ocean Floor Explore Conference, a premier event advancing innovation in seafloor mapping, hydrography, and marine data collection. Held in Victoria, BC, this annual conference connects marine technology leaders with researchers, regulators, and industry professionals focused on understanding and protecting the ocean floor.
As part of this year’s event, Open Ocean Robotics will be joining Ocean Tech Live and conducting a live on-water demo during the event from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on October 28, showcasing two of our leading innovations:
ASOMS (Air Sea Ocean Monitoring System) – A multi-domain solution integrating aerial, surface, and subsurface autonomous systems for real-time maritime surveillance and situational awareness. Partially funded by Canada’s Ocean Supercluster, ASOMS is designed for large-scale monitoring of marine activity in sensitive and strategic areas.
