About the event
Open Ocean Robotics will be attending the ABCMI Business Opportunities Conference & Trade Show 2025, a leading event that brings together companies and organizations advancing innovation in BC’s marine sector. Held in Vancouver from October 21–22, this two-day conference features networking opportunities, B2B meetings, panel discussions, and a trade show floor showcasing cutting-edge marine and ocean technologies.
We’re proud to be part of the event’s Industry Showcase, where our CEO and Co-founder Julie Angus will present our Air Sea Ocean Monitoring System (ASOMS) project. ASOMS is a multi-domain surveillance and monitoring solution integrating surface, aerial, and underwater platforms—partially funded by Canada’s Ocean Supercluster. Julie’s 10-minute presentation will take place on Wednesday, October 22 between 11:15 AM and 12:15 PM, followed by a panel Q&A session with the other showcase presenters.
