About the event
Open Ocean Robotics is excited to attend the Global eDNA Conference, taking place October 28 to 30 in Seattle, Washington. Bringing together researchers, technology developers, and industry from across the environmental DNA community, the conference is an opportunity to share advances in eDNA science and explore how new technologies can support its growing role in environmental monitoring.
Representing Open Ocean Robotics will be CTO Dr. Fritz Stahr, who will be walking the conference floor and connecting with researchers and industry throughout the event. Fritz looks forward to learning more about emerging needs within the eDNA community and discussing how autonomous ocean technology can help expand the reach, duration, and efficiency of eDNA sampling programs.
Open Ocean Robotics has supported eDNA projects using our DataXplorer™ uncrewed surface vehicles as persistent platforms for collecting environmental data in marine environments. At the conference, we look forward to sharing lessons from this work while learning…
